OK, I realize that tomorrow is Thanksgiving, so you haven’t gotten here yet.  But I’m here to think ahead for you!  And leftovers are always a highlight for me on Thanksgiving.  I love that late night turkey sandwich with huge pieces of turkey, dense rolls and tart cranberry sauce.  My mouth is watering…

I guess I gave away my favorite way to use Thanksgiving leftovers.

The Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwich

Use leftover rolls if you have them.  Slather the bottom with mayonnaise, pile on as much turkey as you can fit, and top generously with leftover cranberry sauce.

Psst… If you don’t have any leftovers, and want to make this.  Pop over here and try my Cranberry Pomegranate Sauce.  Its to die for!

Sometimes I blend the cranberry sauce and mayo just for fun, and because it looks kind of cool all swirly and delicious.

You can always substitute turkey for any great chicken recipes you see.

It would work great with my Chicken Curry Salad.  We can rename it…
